     FLT  is located in Charleston, MO which is known as the "Bootheel" area. In the early days, FLT was primarily a refrigerated carrier. The company was started with 1 power unit, 2 trailers, and 3 employees. Over the course of the years it went through a name change, a buy-out and was revived again in 2004.
     The main service area was in and out of California. The decision to refocus our business direction to Mexico was established then. In late 1993, decision was made to convert the entire fleet to 53 foot air ride van trailer. With this change, coupled with he NAFTA agreement in 1994, the focus of business became service to and from Mexico.
Over the ensuing years the company has grown to over 155 Power units, 575 trailer, and 245 employees. Still headquartered in Charleston, MO the offices and shop occupy 12 acres. The satellite terminal in Laredo is 40,000 square foot building and occupeis 5 acres just north of Laredo and adjacent to the new bridge crossing point to Mexico. We have terminals in Fort Smith, Arkansas and El Paso, TX with over 10 acers and 50,000 square foot of warehouse space.
     Today, FLT offers services and solutions for their customers in the United States and Mexico.
